Job opening - Chef de Partie

Are you an independent cook (Level 3) with a passion for quality and creativity? At Fosbury & Sons – a high-end members club and co-working space on the Prinsengracht in Amsterdam – we are looking for a dedicated chef to join our kitchen team. We are open Monday to Friday for breakfast and lunch, with exclusive events and private dinners outside regular hours or on weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing

38 hours per week / 4 days per week (standard hours: 07:00–16:00)

Preparing high-quality breakfast, lunch, and take-home meals for our members

Creating 6-course fine dining Chef’

s Table dinners, 4 times a year

Cooking multiple-course menus during garden events using our Ofyr grill

Handling all banqueting and meeting catering within Fosbury & Sons

Growing within the company with development opportunities


What We Expect

You live in or near Amsterdam

You've completed a basic culinary training (Level 2) – experience is a plus, but motivation matters most

You love cooking at a high level, work well independently, and have a hands-on mindset

You thrive in an elegant and well-designed environment where hospitality and detail matter

You're fluent in both Dutch and English
