help us navigate growth while keeping our finances aligned with our vision.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Manager to oversee the
financial health of our co-working and hospitality business. This role is essential in
managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and optimizing financial
processes. The ideal candidate will not only manage day-to-day financial operations
but also provide strategic financial insights to support our team and improve
profitability. If you have a passion for finance and enjoy working in a fast-paced,
collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Take charge of building and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
Inform the operations weekly and monthly on their financial performance.
2. Keep a tight grip on budget management
Oversee every penny spent, forecast cash flow like a pro, and keep a watchful eye
on all expenditures across the business. If anything starts to drift off course, raise the

3. Stay on top of financial reporting
Deliver precise and timely financial reports—monthly, quarterly, and annually. Present
them to management and stakeholders, making sure the numbers tell a clear and
compelling story that everyone can get behind.
4. Find and drive cost-saving opportunities

Make sure the company’s financial activities always follow the rules. Stay ahead of
regulatory changes and manage risks with solid controls. Don’t let any contract or
agreement fall through the cracks.
6. Boost revenue from all angles
Track income from memberships, events, restaurant, and every other revenue
stream. If there's a chance to optimize and grow, take it. Keep a close eye on trends
and stay ahead of potential revenue dips.
7. Own tax and audit prep
Handle tax filings with precision and work hand-in-hand with external accountant.
Make sure the financial records are spotless, and compliance is rock solid. There’s
no room for errors here.
8. Make payroll and payments run smoothly
Oversee payroll processing to ensure everyone gets paid on time. Stay on top of
vendor payments and receivables, and scrutinize every invoice for discrepancies
before they become a bigger problem.
9. Master financial systems & tools

generate spot-on reports, and make sure you have a sharp understanding of tax
nuances. Efficiency is the name of the game.
