We have to announce that our Chef Elian will be leaving us at the end of the year...
After nearly 4 wonderful years, it is time for Elian to spread his wings and pursuehis dream of starting his own place (keep you posted).
We still have some time to enjoy his dishes, and of course, we will always see his signature and dishes at our restaurant.
As we slowly say goodbye to Elian, we are also looking for a new chef to take his place, which is, of course, no easy task ;)
Do you know a chef looking for a new challenge, or do you know a great chef who should be running this kitchen from the beginning of next year? Please let me know!
About Fosbury:
* A members club located on the Prinsengracht in Amsterdam.
* Situated in the fully renovated historic Prinsengracht hospital, now a high-end members club.
* Our restaurant is the heart of the building, offering a luxurious menu for breakfast, lunch, and private dinners on request.
* A brand-new kitchen with enough space for banqueting, à la carte, and other large events.
Our new chef:
* Lead our restaurant in collaboration with our F&B manager.
* Create a new menu every 4 months, completely redesigned by you.
* Opportunity to bring your own team to the kitchen.
* Take Fosbury & Sons to the next level, improving areas where you see fit.
* Surprise our members daily with innovative recipes, custom private dinners for business events, and organize your own events such as chef's tables.
Requirements:
* Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00.
* Occasional weekends for events, based on client requests.
