The Internship
As an F&B Assistant Intern, you’ll be an integral part of the restaurant’s daily operations. You’ll work closely with our F&B Manager and kitchen team and contribute to smooth service and a memorable guest experience. You’ll gain hands-on experience with planning, service flows, stock management, front- and back-of-house collaboration, and even team leadership.

What you’ll do

• Warmly welcome our members & guests
• Support service behind the bar (coffee, breakfast, lunch, events)
• Assist in coordinating the daily front-of-house team
• Manage inventory and place orders
• Support event catering operations
• Help maintain a high standard of service and atmosphere
• Contribute ideas to enhance the overall hospitality experience

What we’re looking for

• You’re currently studying Hospitality Management, Hotel School, or a related field
• You’re social, proactive, and professional in appearance
• You have an eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility
• You thrive in a dynamic, high-end environment
• You enjoy working hard and aren’t afraid to get hands-on
• You’re available at least 4 days a week
